A Cult of the Dragon Below has been searching for Giantish artifacts deep in the jungles of Xen'drik. A Dragon named Urgnonth was protecting a Giantish site, but has suddenly gone missing. Speak with Mikyra in the Marketplace, and she'll send you to find out what happened to Urgnonth.

The Chamber shares many mutual interests with your people, Kuruiy. Stopping the Cults of the Dragon Below is one of
them.
We've had repoits that one of the Cults is searching for ancient C-iantish artifacts in the interior of Xen'drik. We sent Urgnonth, one of our own, to protect a site not far from Stormreach.
We haven't heard from him, and fear that he has run afoul of the Cult.
▸ Where did Urgnonth disappear? And why didn't the Chamber send a Dragon to find him?
The last we heard, Urgnonth was near a complex of Glantish Ruins.
As for why the Chamber isn't sending Dragons to find him — well, here things become sensitive. In his last message, Urgnonth said he'd spotted a pair of Dragons — a Black and a Blue - nearby. The Chamber has no idea who these Dragons an-: or what they're up to.
A conflict amongst Dragons might become a matter of political concern back on Argonnessen  but no one will notice a few native adventurers poking around in the wilderness.
So we're asking you to look into this. If you'ie willing, I will send you to the Giantish Ruins.

▸ What does the Cult want with Giantish aitifacts?
The Cults of the Dragon Below seek a ieturn to the days when Kyhber was ascendent and Demons ruled over Eberron.
The ancient Giants possessed many forms of poweiful magic forgotten today. Perhaps they had some magical method of releasing Demons from Khyber, or even worse.
▸ And why is the Chamber suddenly so interested in the Cults of the Dragon Below?
We Dragons don't want the Age of Demons to return any more than your kind does! But yes, I must confess there's more to it than that.
This particular Cult is unusually well organized. And if the rumors are true, this Cult may have connections to Argonnessen itself! That sounds insane, but we - or rather you - must investigate to be sure.

Giantish Ruins
(Dungeon Master): The Cult of the Dragon Below has been searching for Giantish artifacts deep in the jungles of Xen'drik.
(Dungeon Master): The Chamber of Argonnesson assigned an agent named Urgnonth to guard several powerful artifacts in this area. But Urgnonth hasn't reported in for some time, You've been sent to find out what happened to him.
(Dungeon Master): To the east is a large portal with three dormant runes above it. An excited form behind the portal beckons you closer.
(NPC): Urgnonth tells you, 'Thank the skies! Did the Chamber send you?
We must move quickly - Kor Kaza and her Cult of the Dragon servants will soon find what they seek.
Free me, and then we'll try to stop them. It sounded like they're trying to activate some ancient Giantish artifacts - though I must admit I'm not sure why!'
(NPC): You tell Urgnonth, 'What can I do to free you?'
(NPC): Urgnonth tells you, 'This magic barrier holds me here, and prevents me from using my abilities against our foes. Yet this barrier is ancient Giantish magic that Kor Kaza activated somehow, and that means there must be some way to disable it nearby.
Notice the three runes around the door frame? I'd wager that activating them will bring the magic barrier down.'
(NPC): You tell Urgnonth, 'Understood. I'll get you out of there.'
(Dungeon Master): Urgnonth calls to you. "Remember! Activate the three runes on this portal to free me."
(NPC): You tell Urgnonth, 'How were you captured?'
(NPC): Urgnonth tells you, 'The Chamber sent me here. They were worried about reports that Cults of the Dragon Below were searching Giantish sites in Xen'drik, and they wanted me to investigate.
Shortly I arrived I come across the Cult - and also a pair of Dragons! I could have held my own against Goralin, the Black Dragon. But I was no match for Kor Kaza the Ancient Blue Dragon.
They imprisoned me here while they search these ruins for artifacts. Try as I might, I can't get out.'
(Dungeon Master): Thick dust blankets this room. You spy an unlit rune in one of the corners.
(Dungeon Master): The rune starts to emit a pale glow. It matches one of the the three runes on Urgnonth's portal.
(Dungeon Master): The far end of this chamber seems to be sealed by a solid wall of stone.
(Dungeon Master): The rune flickers to life when it is activated.
(Dungeon Master): A dormant rune can be seen in the far corner of this room.
(Dungeon Master): The rune sparks to life when the lever is pulled.
(Dungeon Master): Urgnonth cries, "At last I am free! Hmm - I can sense that the path to the amphitheater has collaped. Meet me near the cave-in ... I will open it for you."
(NPC): Urgnonth tells you, 'Thank you for freeing me.
Unfortunately, the Dragons have collapsed the way into the amphitheater beyond to keep us from following them. No doubt they're buying time so they can search for Giantish artifacts.'
(NPC): You tell Urgnonth, 'Can you clear the rubble?'
(NPC): Urgnonth tells you, 'Certainly. I know a spell that will do the trick.'
(NPC): You tell Urgnonth, 'Then let's do this.'
(Dungeon Master): The ground rumbles and rocks shatter as Urgnonth clears the way.
(Dungeon Master): The crumbling stones of this ruined amphitheater are now the site of a dark ritual conducted by cultists and a fearsome Black Dragon.
(Say): Goralin says, 'This artifact shall be recovered for my master, Kor Kaza. None shall oppose us!'
(NPC): Kor Kaza's First Letter tells you, 'GORALIN,
Perform the ritual and dermine whether this first artifact contains the secret of the Temple of Storm. I will examine the second artifact on the other side of the complex.
If the Chamber sends more interfering meddlers, deal with them harshly.
KOR KAZA'
(Say): Goralin says, 'Enough with the ritual, assist me!'
(Say): Goralin says, 'Enough of this, I must go make sure the master can secure the second artifact!'
(Dungeon Master): The Black Dragon flies off, bellowing for help, "Master! We were thwarted at the amphitheater. I'll secure the second artifact if you'll slow these damned intruders.".
(Dungeon Master): Urgnonth shouts, "Quickly! Into the passageway to the south. You'll find the second artifact at the end of several aqueducts."
(Dungeon Master): This huge aqueduct was constructed by the Giants in another age. Small rock outcroppings poke above the flowing water.
(Dungeon Master): An Ancient Blue dragon suddenly swoops over the aqueduct. A bolt of lightning from the creature strikes the water, instantly electrifying it.
(Dungeon Master): The door opens, offering refuge from Kor Kaza the Ancient Blue Dragon and the electrified water. The cavern tunnel leads deeper into the Giantish complex
(Dungeon Master): A second aqueduct stands before you. Surrounding it are stone platforms in various states of repair, as well as some small stone outcroppings. A dark and ominous shape can be seen in the distance.
(Dungeon Master): Lightning strikes the water below, causing electricity to course through it.
(Dungeon Master): The ancient platform gives way, exposing water beneath it.
(Dungeon Master): The creature emits a gutteral groan and collapses.
(Dungeon Master): This door opens into a second cavern, giving you a reprieve from the attentions of the Blue Dragon.
(Dungeon Master): The smell of ozone and the crackle of sparks immediately tell you that electricity pulses through the water ahead. Stone platforms in various stages of disrepair surround the aqueduct.
(Dungeon Master): You spot a set of three levers with signal crystals above them.
(Dungeon Master): When this lever is pulled, a loud click reverberates off the walls of the aqueduct. The other levers are now at the top position.
(Dungeon Master): The floor crumbles, revealing an underwater cavern beneath.
(Dungeon Master): There's an air pocket to the south of this flooded cavern. You can see a cultist excitedly inspecting some kind of artifact.
(Advancement): Objective Completed! 0 XP.
(Dungeon Master): The cultist dies before he can obtain the artifact
(Dungeon Master): Lightning suddenly arches across the water, followed by a harsh laugh from above.
(Dungeon Master): The hum of energy pulses through the walls, and a signal crystal begins to emit a glow.
(Dungeon Master): The signal crystal lights up, and the portal in front of the ruins disappears. You can now enter the Giants' temple.
(Dungeon Master): The third of the signal crystals begins to glow.
(Dungeon Master): The second sigil flickers to life, and the magic barrier fades. The way to the artifact chamber is now clear.
(Dungeon Master): The imposing form of an Ancient Blue Dragon flies away, leaving the Black Dragon behind. "My master has escaped, and the second ritual is complete," says Goralin. "There's just one loose end. Time to teach you a lesson!
(Dungeon Master): Lightning strikes the water below, causing electricity to course through it.
(Say): Goralin says, 'Master, Would you send forth lightning?'
(Say): Goralin says, 'Once more! '
(Say): Goralin says, 'Minions!'
(Dungeon Master): Acid dribbles from the mouth of the dying Black Dragon. Though Goralin has been defeated, you can't help but wonder what the Blue Dragon took with it when it escaped.
(Advancement): Adventure Completed

Really? If what you tell me is true, then that Blue Dragon was none other than Kor Kazal Can it be?
Kor Kaza is a famed scholar of the Prophecy. If she thinks that the return of the Age of Demons is inevitable - l shudder to think of it! Be glad your kind is shoit-lived, Elf, for none should live to see the Demons ieturn.
